Riaz and Fahim were the best! Always had a smile and really made my stay superb. Plus, the room was comfy and the cleaning crew were on point with the service. I even got fresh fruits sent up!

I had to call in for room cleaning, which can be a hassle at times, especially after long days. The bathroom could benefit from larger screens, or at least some sort of barrier, to prevent water from splashing all over the floor. And let's be real, the check-in process could've used a bit more greasing. I had to wait longer than I'd like.

the shaza is super close to everything! The service from amani in customer relations was exceptional. she really went above and beyond. enjoyed some quality recreational opportunities during my stay, which added to the overall experience.
